TTD Craft Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel installed in FL5

I might be first one with an FL5 to do this. Did it on my fk8 previously too.

Would you sell this oem full leather steering wheel to me? Or would anyone know where I can find one? In my country the FL5 was only sold in one trim, only with the alcantara wheel. And I don’t like it as much as the leather ones since i drive it for all purposes and without gloves

sorry I keep my OEM parts. You can buy the leather one online though. I don’t have a link but I know multiple vendors sell them. You can buy it from Honda as well.

Did you reuse the steering wheel bolt? Also did you use any loctite?

Yes I reused the same bolt and I did not use any loctite

Thanks! Also, there is only that pin on the bottom left which aligns the steering wheel right? Meaning only one way to install it and it will be straight?

I’m getting ready to install one myself. Just want to confirm, thanks for the help.

Just have your wheel straight when you park and make sure you put wheel on straight when reinstalling. Worse case scenario you can get an alignment haha
