Waaaait a second. I assume they are referring to the forged wheel option here? I had no idea BBS made those! I'm under the impression that the standard (non-forged) Type R wheels are made by Kansei.

They are referencing the FK8 LE wheels. Both sets of wheels do look the same though, besides the red striping, 19 vs 20 size difference, and the BBS engraving.
