a few things to note, is that the Golf was on street tires, Michelin PS5, while the FL5 was on super sticky A052. And absolute HP delta isn't that much of a difference maker on a small twisty course like that vs the tire difference.
also, that golf is making no where near 550 hp
Tuner you can do coilovers and camber plate. So you would be good there.
I tried several times to get the ball joints allowed for tuner, but was unsuccessful each time. my argument was if stock top why not allow the ball joints, just adjusting from the bottom, but they were like nope.
660s are pretty much junk in comparison to the 71RZ, so that's a good upgrade
This car doesn't like too much front camber. I wouldn't do more than -2.7 And I've read the rears as well should be under -2. Closer to 0 the better, but never tried that.

appreciate the heads up. Forums hasn't really sold anything for me anyway. have over 200+ sales on FB anyway, but just was doing this more as a favor to the forums, and hopefully they'll sell soon as the weather is starting up around here.
