2-3 months. 5000 miles. Just can't do it man especially with summer. The car HATES hot temperature outside and I find myself sweating in my own car in 105 degree weather because I don't want to turn my AC on because it's so bad with the AC on.
Word.
I just ordered the premium red version to match up all my other parts!
Might have to wait until the vibrations on my rear motor mount go down to install it as I'll have to take off my strut bar and I don't want to risk putting them back on while the car is vibrating a lot.
How many miles are you at
I assume your running with the intake and the blow off valve and all that. And I know you have your custom exhaust. At what mileage did you start your mods? And what are you at now? I'm at 3500 miles right now wondering if it's too early.
So you would say that after all the bolt-ons and tune your car is a completely different animal? Drives and acts differently? And do you know exactly how much horsepower your putting down?
And so was there a moment where you went to Honda and said "hey I flashed the ECU" and they went "Hey your warranty is void". Or did they just kind of find out lol. Just trying to get a little more specifics on how they are about it.
Just wasn't sure if some dealers would try to get you out of...
Yeah once I figure out how to rear jack the car I'll put the sway bar on tomorrow. Or could always just jack it up from the side you don't have to get that far in to get access to the sway bar.
What kind of fluids are you specifically referring to besides CVT fluid? Which to be honest I don't know what that is but I can guess.
I guess this morning I sort of just realized that even if my warranty is void that I would still get my service plan.
I mainly have been waiting to make...
Ok cus I'm going to install the Boomba motor mount, progress sway bar, and mishimoto Catch can tomorrow. Figured those are ok but should I tell the dealer when I go in to get the car checked out what I've done so they know?
I'm thinking I'm just going to go ahead and do it. I'm at 3500 miles and I just need them to fix a few things (grinding at start, etc) and then I'm gonna go for it.
Even if you did void your warranty and nothing goes wrong all your regular services are still covered right?
I only ask because I remember you said you were checking with your dealer before you did anything. I havent bought anything for the engine yet and I am just starting to think screw it. Your experience so far has been good?
