I cannot answer your first question but I can answer the last 2. Short answer, no you do not need new rotors to accommodate a new non-oem set of pads. Your OEM rotors will be just fine. I will say I'm surprised your pads are needing to be replaced so soon...I have about 24k miles on my 2023...
