Such an impressive build, I actually went through all of these pages last night admiring all the work and parts that have gone into this. Kudos to you @nojeebs!!
Also my catās name is Geebs, pronounced Jeebs. š
Yeah youāre probably 100% correct there! I contacted the dealer via email and told them that I donāt want to go through the detail process and want the exchange of a new lower seat cushion and cover. They called me back immediately and said that they have the seat cover on order but they want to...
I just got my Alcantara Steering Wheel delivered and wheels put on. Had to order a torque wrench and some thin wall sockets to make sure the lugs are set properly. I should get that tomorrow.
You know, I had no idea what those wheels were until you just said it. Thatās awesome though, theyāre definitely unique! Thiccc lol, I love that!!!
Regrettably Slipstreams 𫤠I wasnāt in the market, but I got them for a really good deal and they scratch an itch until I get my 30th anniversaryās. I was torn between SW388 and TEs, so this gives me the ālookā of the SWās. I wonāt feel bad if these get dinged up either. š¤·š»āāļø
Iāll use these until I get my TE37s, I know, I knowā¦. But when I take my car to the track, I wonāt worry about getting them banged up if thatās the case.
Ok, so I got clarity from the service advisor that it was not oil š®āšØ. It gets better, apparently the service tech had a Sharpie marker in his back pocket and when he sat in the seat, the cap popped off. ššØšØ I was told that he shouldāve used a seat cover, but seems that wasnāt the case. Iāll...
Took my car in to Honda to get my first āfreeā oil change. Now Iām left with motor oil on my seat⦠smh. Theyāre taking it back to detail it, letās see how that turns out.
No not yet @SpoolinFK8 , planning on getting it done this coming week while Iām on vacation. Any recommendations on what to use? I was just going to take it to my local Honda dealership for the first one unless thereās a better option to consider.
For me, I only removed the front resonator and the fuse mod, it sounds like how the car should've been at stock form. The sound is just a bit louder, with a more throaty sound, and zero drone, not even in the slightest. I didn't want to draw attention to my 46 y/o self with an aftermarket...
LOL, I love that! I really liked seeing how @nojeebs did that on his build... I may have to steal that too. I just don't have any pins nor know where to get any š
