By the time I got my car it was too late. And if anyone got a 2024 they were basically SOL lol. It has been extremely hard to find now for almost a year so readily available for a few months really does no justice to a model that has a 3 year production run.
Readily available would be somewhat of an overstatement there lol. But at this point it does seem that they are discontinued. Wonder why some retailers are still taking orders for them.
I was in the process of doing just that lol. That's how I found the loose screws. I remember I had removed the trim to see how to install the option trunk lid LED and I guess I didn't tighten it properly.
I got an email from them with some troubleshooting instructions. Additionally I've reached out to a few owners and I'm getting mixed answers. Some say the only way to get rid of the rattle is to leave the flap open. Others have given me ideas to try.
Will be trying to fix it this coming week.
Those of you who have installed the Apexi N1, what did you do to prevent or fix the exhaust flap rattle? I'm gathering info to try to solve it tomorrow.
