Not all AP2 have VSA... The 2004 has the cable throttle and no VSA or traction control. Not sure about other AP2 years, but they slowly started adding stuff like drive by wire and VSA/TCS...

On the DE5, you need to turn it off using the right wheel on the steering wheel. If you turn it off in the infotainment screen, it'll turn back on every time you start the car.

Same thing for me. I hate it when the car does that! Looks like if I'm not able to shift correctly! Very anoying!

I had confidence in my dealer, but the GM was replaced by another guy. Also, sales man that I had worked with is retired now. Each time I want to talk to the GM now, it takes about month so I can grab a hold on him. So not sure if I will ever be called for this car...
