I've had lowered cars in the past and each required a camber kit to dial out the change in camber. Not sure if I am going to lower the FL5, but curious, how negative is the camber after lowering?
I was worried at first too and I work in the cybersecurity industry so I know just how vulnerable these sorts of systems are. From what I could find, pre-2022 models are vulnerable to keyless entry relay attacks but the newer models aren't.
The older models would send out a code that didn't...
Even when lowering the seat belt to the lowest position, I still get the noise in mine. I'm also getting a little bit of noise from something either in the back seat or trunk/hatch area.
Well, come to find out, the little car exists but only in comfort/sport mode gauge cluster. I cannot get it to show in Type-R mode gauge cluster. And to make matters worse, the damn graphics bug is back on my Waze/Google Maps.
First model year problems I guess.
I picked up my 2023 Type-R a couple weeks ago and started having weird purplish, graphical glitches on my Waze and Google Maps apps. I read that a fix for this issue was to do a factory reset. I did the factory reset and sure enough, it fixed that issue, but ever since then, the little car in...
Dang, I just did this install last weekend, wish I’d have known about the flap under the seat. I also held off on installing the rear since I have no clue how to get that rear hatch trim piece off.
I just got my Type-R ppf'd, paint corrected, ceramic coated, and tinted. For the ppf, I got the entire front, front two doors, rear bumper, mirrors, and side skrits. All together it was about $5100 and that was using XPEL. The tint was around 500-600 so subtract that if you don't want that...
I am going to be picking up my new FL5 CTR next week and have been curious about relay hacks and keyless entry theft. I am aware of Flipper Zeros and other pen-testing multitools that have this capability.
Does anyone have any stories or advice about this? I know this is big in EU but has...
