Hopefully you didn't give them a significant deposit 'cause depending on the dealership and location you could be waiting a LONG time. If you're really anxious best look at other dealers and be willing to travel if they won't trade for what you want.

There may not be a 2022 Si - the Sedan Owner's Manual (out today) makes no mention of the Si or any of it's unique features (LSD, fuel. etc). I'd conclude the Si won't make an appearance until the Spring of '22 at the earliest, as a '23 Model.

Also might be the difference between 2.4 NA and 1.5 turbo - something for me to be aware of when we start looking at the '22s (Si or CTR).

We have a '12 Si and have only used 2 tanks of Premium. Couldn't tell a difference in daily driving so the other 297 tank-fills have been 87.

If your question is would you buy a first new design/model year vehicle? My experiences were all positive - '68 RoadRunner, '89 Probe, '12 Si - all were great drives for the time. and, I'm looking forward to owning a '22 CTR. Just do your homework when choosing what to get.

There is already a thread(s) on this subject. As it's "Made in North America" would expect we're first - postings indicate Spring 2021 for lower models, Fall for Si, CTR later.
