I ordered the triple tip because some members were saying how quiet the dual was, but I was set on the dual for months. Wish you were closer I'd probably scoop this up.

What made you take it off so quickly? Lack of volume?

The mikstore kit I believe uses an oem Honda rear panel as it was stamped "Honda" with the full part number. The issue is that it was made for a different trim 11th gen civic than the type r so the clips and alignment tabs are different hence the need to trim/dremel.
