  6. Honda fl5 ctr coolant

Has anyone ever used this antifreeze for a Civic Type R FL5? I just can’t get Type 2 coolant, and the official Honda dealer in my country doesn’t have it. I’m planning to change the coolant for summer as it gets hotter, but I’m unsure whether it’s safe to go with Valvoline OEM Advanced 48 or...
  7. Acuity centering spring

Hello guys, I’m debating whether I should buy and install the Acuity centering spring on my FL5 Civic Type R. I’ve seen a lot of YouTube videos and most people say it’s worth trying, but I’m worried about losing the natural shifting feel. I don’t want it to feel too fixed or overly stiff. I...

  9. Fl5 Vibration!!! Part 2

Hello guys, I previously posted about a vibration issue on my FL5 Civic Type R. Thanks to everyone who showed interest and tried to help me out. I finally took it to the mechanic, and the verdict was both front wheel bearings—exactly what I was most afraid of. While searching online, I found...

  12. Fl5 Vibration!!! front left driver side

Hello, For a few weeks now, I’ve been experiencing a strange vibration coming from the left side of the car. I had the wheels aligned perfectly, so I initially ruled that out. Today, I suspected the left rim might be slightly bent or out of balance, but after checking, I found no issues there...
  13. Fl5 Civic Type R Engine Oil and Coolant

Hello everyone, I’m planning to change the engine oil on my 2025 Civic Type R. After a rebuild, it’s finally time to take care of some technical maintenance. The car has very low mileage — just 6,000 km — and I’m planning to use Motul 8100 Eco-clean 0W-20 engine oil. For coolant, I’m...
  14. Collision mitigation braking system

Is there any option, through the OBD or computer settings, to keep it fixed so I don’t have to deselect it every time I start the car? Also, since my CTR FL5 is the American version, I can’t set it to Celsius. Does it require European programming?
  15. Collision mitigation braking system

BRAKE!!! Every time I deselect this option, it automatically turns back on when I start the car again. Is there a way to fix this? It’s quite annoying when driving aggressively, it pops up whenever you get close to another car. (first option stays deselected, idk what’s with collision...
  16. Adaptive Damper system error !!!SEE YOUR DEALER

I guess hanger just makes sure it is fixed positioned (i guess when cornering it should be levelled at the same height, as it has 4 of them on each wheel ) . there is no other use than that i can think of. its just a wire whicu should be plugged.
