I honestly haven't been really getting on the gas to see what my car can really do with the +6. I'm a little concerned about the factory clutch slipping if I drive it too hard. It really tries to pull hard the times I have played with the throttle and not sure if this clutch can continue to...
You could, but the concern is you don't want to pull the initial factory engine oil out too soon since it's there for a purpose. I would try to calculate as best as you can on when you think the 20% to 15% would be coming around.
I wouldn't recommend taking your 1st change to the dealer because they may get suspicious as to why your oil MM is not showing due for a change when that time comes
I would have to agree with that because that's what my 2016 Nissan Altima CVT did also at high speeds. That's the only dislike about MT is the RPM on highways, but not something that I haven't gotten over. The pros outweighs the cons in a big way.
Yeah, don't think I will be using Econ mode much. Throttle response is horrible and maybe only good for long highway driving or going to dealer like you mentioned.
Also noticed that after setting the econ button for stock, it really isn't back to full stock. I can feel the difference because of how far my gas peddle has to travel. It's travels more than when I didn't have the FP installed. It's like in between the original stock and original econ stock...
I'm not out to win any drag races, but just wanted better throttle response and more power gains. This +6 certainly satisfies that need for me from what I can tell from a quick test I did this morning, but didn't really put the pedal to the metal with this tune as of yet. I don't plan on...
You're welcome. You can always come back and ask. Everyone here seems to be very helpful. There really is not much too it if your just wanting the base + 6 map with no mods.
