I totally agree, it is crap practice, but at the end of the day it comes down to the consumer. If we pay 20k over msrp, in a sense we are creating that market. People will always take advantage of these situations.
We just gotta use restraint as consumers and refuse to pay over. I would have...
I’m gonna keep an eye out on it, we should have a few rainy days coming up. So far nothing changed on my end, just waiting for light to come in.
Do you have pics? Mind sharing?
Car wash is especially bad for ceramic coat I think. You should be using certain type of soap for it, so my guess is the car wash soap will shorten the lifespan of your ceramic coat. Again, I am no expert, I could be wrong.
I only did ppf on mine.
I got the same one, easy install but I left my fingerprint underneath it in the corner :p oh well.
Btw, how do you guys wash the car in the winter. Stick to warmer days and just wash it in the driveway? I don’t really want to use a car wash, probably not great for the car.
Ah okay, looks pretty good! It’s actually not as dark. Front tint is illegal here but I think I’ll be fine. But I see what you mean, after you mentioned I looked and I did notice a slight tint. I’d say maybe more of 80% but def some tint to it.
But the 5% in the rear def feels dark now :p
Usually alcantara is a good option for longevity and ease of cleaning, if that’s what our seats are, I wouldn’t even worry, but again I am not sure what the OEM seat material is…
I don’t plan on covering seats, they look so nice will defeat the purpose. Just keep it clean, and don’t eat and drive :p
I get the car detailed once a year at least, so hopefully whatever I can’t get off, they can.
If you do know the OEM seat material, please do share!
Just be warned, the sd card that comes with FITCAMX is total garbage, I recommend buying a proper sd card and replacing the one that comes with it. I got the SanDisk extreme pro 256gb
AWE Touring is on my bucket list. I just finished installing the Mishimoto oil catch can.
I would totally disable ASC, but so many panels to remove so I just went the easy route and leave the sound on comfort in individual mode and I have the valve permanently open.

Have you guys done this? Keeps valve open even in sound comfort mode, no longer need crap interior fake noise to open valves with R+ mode.
Yes fl5 uses indirect TPMS, which as I understand doesn’t need anything special, but after you change tire pressures, you are supposed to calibrate it. I have seen it on YouTube someone going through their settings and in vehicle settings there was a sub menu for TPMS lol. Maybe not in Canada...
