Thanks everyone!
I will keep talking to multiple dealers, out of state also this week, and I will add the red Type R to choose between either the black Type R so I can find one for MSRP 47,090 + TTL / doc fee + destination / no accessories
I will keep hunting until someone bites at MSRP and...
Iām just a girl who needs to make her Honda dream come true. Never truly alive unless Iām behind the wheel of a Honda, stick shift in hand.
this is my zen
The dealer wants $56.894.73 to drive off the lot. They promised not to drill the front bumper to install the license plate
this includes window tint, nitrous wheels, wheel locks, trunk tray, alcantera steering wheel, leather shift knob, illuminated door accessories.
Iām talking to a second...
Haha, well that would be a first for me š
Iāve kept all my others stock in the past. RSX Type S, Prelude, V6 6MT Accord, Civic Si
This will be my first Type R and my first black car. Thatās enough cherries to start.

Future advice for future buyers?
Itās like they want to tie you up in court battles while they keep making profit.
The OP shouldnāt even have to be hiring lawyers if the dealership(s) involved just did their jobs right.
customer service is dead to these people.
Makes you wonder how many other people have been victimized by this...
many vulnerable and marginalized minorities donāt have the resources to fight back against this kind of scam.
so sorry OP, you deserve a brand new car and then some.
maybe they already sold or transferred the car off again...
So what can happen is this:
dealership #1 transfers the car to dealer #2 with a lien agreement
dealer 2 sells the car, transfers the title. The financial institution(s) that handled this transaction would be responsible for paying out the lien before any other payouts. However, the lien has to...
Next time your Civic starts to make that noise again, I would recommend rolling down the windows and announce, āAll aboard! Choo chooo!!ā
That should cover any questions from your passengers about whatās going on
