wind noise sucks. my drivers side window has some “turbulence” i guess you would call it. i don’t have visors but whatever is causing it, it is annoying.
it was worse in the winter time. I could get the window to make like a shuttering sound like it was shaking inside the door/window area when...
as rough as our roads and this suspension is (to me Atleast) that Wouldn’t surprise me if it has gotten unseated.
but good to know, I’ll take it up there when I get my last free oil change coming up fast.
yes I tried that first.
Like I mentioned the driver side is working but the right side isn’t bright enough to light up the area. But when I get under there and look I can see the bulb lighting up red but I guess not enough to illuminate anything.
They appear to be still locked in properly. It’s so hard to see under there, there’s not much room to work.
I will have to double check and make sure.
Can anyone confirm how many red lights are underneath the dash in our usdm cars?
all I can see is 2 total. One on the far left of the driver side and one on the far right of the passenger side.
I noticed the passenger side wasn’t lighting up the footwell and I got to looking at it and it’s...
Might just have to get a new one. I think they are fairly cheap from what I’ve seen. (I could be wrong Though)
then buy a template of some PPF and put over the new emblem and you won’t have any issues after that.
My fl5 has been doing the same thing. It’s like a vibrating/shuttering kinda sound. It’s not constant either. It’s Only the drivers side and it did not use to do this until the last 6 months or so. It Only does it when the windows are up and it also happens from bumps/rough spots on the road...
I guess you could turn the car off and then press the button again but just press it don’t hold so it doesn’t start again. and that puts the car in accessory mode so that the radio and stuff plays. Not as ideal as you’d like but I think that’s as good as it will get.
I did the same thing with my cell phone too. Corner of the phone hit it and dented it.
It made a “pop” sound like you were opening a mason jar or jelly jar or something. Lol It Was very frustrating.
This should help in that scenario. I found that sometimes in my 2013 Si that i had before the type r, it wouldn’t want to go in reverse sometimes (I guess they call
This lockout?) I did some research and people on the forums said to put it in first and then put it in reverse. Like all in one...
Interesting I haven’t had really Any trouble with mine. Yes I’ve seen it alert me to brake but never have had it actually brake for me. I have it set to the least sensitive setting.
Sorry I was confused with lane departure and lane keep assist (thought they were the same thing)
But yes I’m talking about Lane departure. I turned mine off once and never have gotten the little steering wheel jerks again.
But I’ve never experienced the lane keep assist apparently, maybe...
