Just put the boot mat in as well. Really high quality from JF Craft, well wrapped and fits perfectly with velcro pannels to stop it slipping. Was 13,000yen which seems like great value too. Hoping it might also help a little with road noise.

Finally put in the ALPLUS Aero Guards (aluminium but was tempted by the carbon). Definitely worth it in Aus with plenty of poorly sealed roads sending rocks through the vents. I like the look of them too.

I think it's getting better all the time. While the customer base might not be that large, I think the type of buyer for the FL5 is typically the type that will at some stage want to personalise their ride.

So I’ve got the buzz/rattle behind the infotainment screen. Only happens when it’s cold and the dealership say it’s the air intake that’s the cause. Doesn’t make any sense to me how the intake would affect this. Anyone else had this issue?

Wow. I’ve not heard that before. Definitely not normal. I’d take it in. Hard to tell from the video but could be the seat weld issue.

Couldn't agree more. I think it really depends on where you live. If you were in a city with a lot of asphalt then the road noise is really good in the FL5. When you live in a more rural area with coarse chip seal/spray seal roads then on 265 tyres I find the road noise is pretty bad. On one...

Thanks for sharing. I read this at the perfect time as I just got a quote for installing Infinity Primus speakers in my FL5. Think I’m going to do it along with some sound deadening in the doors. I’ll share my results.
