    1. Check with the service department and ask if the swap is something they are willing to do, then proceed to the parts department to order said cluster swap parts. 2. Steering wheel buttons and harness will need to be ordered.

    Yes it does, I have my cluster on sport so I get the red and normal for everything else.

    AKA Parts are not available yet for this recall, and they will prioritize vehicles that are having a steering issue over one without. If you aren't experiencing any issues do not try and get your car in.
