2022 model year started at 44k CAD. 2023 model year starts at 47.5k, but add the DSG and sunroof and it tops out at 50k CAD before destination or taxes. I'll be shocked if the 2023 Civic Type R will be less than the Golf R in Canada. 2021 Type R was already 46k CAD.

Honestly at this point I can't really stay hyped until I see what the msrp price will be. I suspect it's going to swing well past the $50k CAD mark.
