Looks like the Si has a numerically higher final drive but the same gear ratios in all 3 transmissions ( Hatch 2.0 MT / 1.5MT So 1.5MT)
Civic Hatch Sport and Civic Hatch Sport Touring
Civic Si
The final drive would mess with acceleration through all gears. The better option would be to move 6th gear from the .69 ratio to something a little numerically lower. My RSX (5 speed base) and my Accord both ran pretty high in the rev range and it wasn't ever an issue other than seeing those...
Yeah if your going to invest any money in wheels go aftermarket. OEM wheels are nice but are super heavy. Shaving un-sprung weight will do wonders for how lively a car feels.
Yeah - I think unless you stray into the type R / SUV the same. Works out nicely after returning my Accord lease I can use my snow tires / rims for next season on my hatch.

Not quite that bad where I am but when I went to my regular dealer to talk replacement on my Accord they had one in the showroom that had a $5k markup on it and a guy was driving from 5 hours away to come get it the next day.
Should be no problem. The overall outer diameter is the biggest concern. TPS won't be an issues since Civics use wheel speeds sensors to determine inflation differences. Just slap the new wheels on and calibrate the TPS from your dash screen. The lug-nuts you already have should be fine since...
With as wild as markups are I wouldn't be surprised if the Elantra N is marked up like crazy because it's desirable and I imagine a somewhat limited production. That said it's amazing what the Korean brands have come up with compared to the 90's junk.
