I got an email from them with some troubleshooting instructions. Additionally I've reached out to a few owners and I'm getting mixed answers. Some say the only way to get rid of the rattle is to leave the flap open. Others have given me ideas to try. Will be trying to fix it this coming week.

Those of you who have installed the Apexi N1, what did you do to prevent or fix the exhaust flap rattle? I'm gathering info to try to solve it tomorrow. • I reset the actuator before installing on the Apexi exhaust.

I have the same noise. Honda replaced my clock spring and it did not fix it. Gotta go back

I'd say get it. It's only like $1,200 and in 2 months of ownership I've already gotten $550 worth of my money back. One new tire $400 and paintless dent removal $150.
