I just cut a small hole in the main grommet in engine bay front of driver. I fit a 4 gauge power wire. Grounded in back where there's a ground already under rear latch panel.
Connector you posted is for the 6.5, but I cant find any for the tweeters, in which some were recommended but still did not fit.
I installed hertz tweeters with Audison mids. Coming up with a plan to bypass Bose amp and put in a DSP/Amp.
Great review. I did my own with the same sub, but added a powered Rockford Fosgate 12 inch subwoofer. Takes space but has an easy disconnect.
Pic of the audiocontrol sub with a cheap install ring from Amazon. I was able to keep the stock speaker grill for the sub. It is almost nonexistent...
The two metal hooks for securing on each side have a plastic cover, lift up with a screwdriver, then there's a phillips head screw that needs to come out. After that cover can be carried out.
