Hey my brother has an Elantra N (276hp/289 torque) and wants to trade for the Kia Forte GT (201hp/195 torque) he test drove. As ridiculous as that sounds, ppl do trade down.
If it's anything like the 11th gen Si compared to the 10th gen Si (which I suspect it will be), the FL5 will be a little dialed back. I feel like Honda played it a little safe performance wise in these new Civics compared to the last generation.
Thanks. I believe the Type R changes will be similar to the Si. For example Throttle House track review hinted at some numb steering on the new Type R hinting that he preferred the steering of the last gen Type R. The ride quality in the video also looked really harsh and choppy compared to the...

Around valentines day of this year, I collided with an F-150 in my beloved 2017 Civic Si that I had owned since brand new and for 5 years. A body shop was able to fix the body damage, but my car was never the same after that. There was this very loud, very...
Can anybody confirm the actual manufacturer rated curb weight of the 2022 Civic Si?...I have seen anywhere from 2906lbs-2952lbs..Honda North America is claiming 2906lbs on their website which is the same as the 10th gen Si, can anyone confirm this is the official Honda claimed weight?

I had a dealer quote me for $7,000 over sticker before TTL, which would have brought the total cost to about $38,000. And I thought that was crazy, wow. Crazy times we're living in.
I got into an accident a couple of months ago and I have some chasis damage that might need to total my car.
These are the cars that I am considering as a replacement (next car must be a manual):
2022 Civic Si
New BRZ/86
Miata
While I am not totally happy with the content I'll be losing...
