I've used GEICO recommended shops before in other states and they did a terrible job.

Unfortunately, if you want another OEM collar you actually have to buy a whole new shift boot. They are not sold separately.

Depends on your expectations. I ordered the items late June and received them late October. Granted the original time for delivery was expected in December/January. They typically won't ship the order until all the items are ready.
