  1. Winter Driving? Get Rock/Mudguards

Should I be upset that I scratched up my front fender liners a bit trying to release those damn rivets? I've never seen push rivets that 1) are this fragile and 2) just flat out refuse to release
  2. FX3D rock guards

Has anyone just installed these on the front? Seems like that would be adequate coverage overall
  3. Scratches on door panels at delivery

Right, I’d be fine if it was just swirl marks lol. That said, the GM of the dealership guaranteed that they will repair everything to my satisfaction, so I’ll give them a chance. Keep you guys updated with the results.
  4. Scratches on door panels at delivery

EDIT/UPDATE: Found additional damage all around the inner drivers side door frame and on some of the exterior plastic trim. It looks like either someone tried to break into the car on the dealer lot or they locked the keys in the car and tried to pry the door open. Would you guys even...
  5. The FL5 Dealer ADM Markup Thread

Just fyi they were/are desperate to move these. Called me everyday at one point and at the end were offering 1500 under sticker. I only wanted black or red though. waiting list? Lol. I wouldn’t believe that at this point. Grab that red while you can and thank us later ;)
  6. The FL5 Dealer ADM Markup Thread

yep it’s nutty how rare red is. About 10 new ones in the entire country right now. Even when factoring in used, that brings the total to about 25ish.
  7. Scratches on door panels at delivery

UPDATE: I spoke to the GM and they ordered me a new panel. They said they'll install or ship it to me, my preference, which is nice. I might just have it shipped so I can make the swap on my own at some point.
  8. Scratches on door panels at delivery

Hi all - I just took delivery of my 25 CTR and love it so far. That said, while getting ready to drive it over to the shop for PPF and ceramic, I noticed that there were a few deep gouges/scratches in the drivers side interior door panel around the handle The car hadn’t been on the lot for...
  9. FL5 Black edition

That tells me almost for certain that 2025 is the end of the line for the current R.
  10. New Jersey Thinking about selling 2023 FL5 RR

Not sure what the intention was here, but thanks for strengthening my point... haha
  11. New Jersey Thinking about selling 2023 FL5 RR

Red is almost impossible to find at all, let alone at MSRP.
  12. FL5 Black edition

Was chatting with my dealer today and they indicated that there is a chance that we get the Black edition here as a final sendoff, as all indications are that 2025 is the last year. That said - I'm sure he could also be saying that to move the 2025s that he has :)
  13. Canadian dealer asked what colour Type R I want

You literally just hit the jackpot with the rarest color. Congrats!
  14. Ralleye Red Color - More Allocation Percentage for 2024?

Sorry to bump on old thread, but is there a site or resource that has a breakdown of the number of each color produced? My dealer indicated that only 200-300 RRs have been made, but would love to verify.
  15. What did you pay for your FL5?

I have an opportunity to pick up a Rec 2025 CTR at MSRP. This is my preferred color and I think also the rarest? That said, would it be wise to jump on this or to wait a few more months to see what's going on with the (potential) 2026 model?
  16. Rollout of the FL5 and the Big Tease - Decreasing want for this car?

One of my local dealers has an LE with 400 miles on it. Thing is pristine. What would a fair price be in your opinion?
  17. The FL5 Dealer ADM Markup Thread

Just wait out the storm gents. Financial collapse is on the horizon and dealers will be desperate again. No one should be paying $1500 a month for a Civic.
  18. WTB: Willing to pay $7,500 ADM

I'm in the SE PA area also and most dealers are 15-20k over. There's also zero timeline, nor a guarantee even with a deposit. I'm about to move on to something else. BOL
  19. Is anyone backpedaling from Type R to an Si?

I'd happily take the Si for 30ish than overpay for the CTR at 60ish. There's sooo many better options once you breach that 50k threshold.
  20. Rollout of the FL5 and the Big Tease - Decreasing want for this car?

List price in the used market is a bit of a different beast though. Much more prone to negotiation than new. My guess is most of those are selling for at least 10% under list.
