Drop springs like Spoon and for sure Spoon rigid collars. The Spoon chassis stiffening plate also helps. I have zero wheel hop and its planted to the ground.
Just a few minor parts for sale!
Spoon Mirrors
All you do is remove your original mirrors and install my Spoon mirrors. You don't have to worry about sticking the Spoon mirrors on your originals if you ever decide to go back to stock. Super wide and helpful on the highway. You can see 3 lanes...
I actually planned on doing it next weekend! I been focused on another project and put the FL5 aside for a bit. I'm decently active on this forum so I will report back once I go out on a drive.
I remember my passenger side being about an 1/8" higher than the driver side after doing the Spoon springs, but my alignment guy said its sorta normal on Honda's. After 1000 miles of driving its settled in and both sides are evenly dropped. I noticed it more with the stock 19's, but with 18's it...
I like my PWR intercooler. It's on the pricey side, but it works so well. I also like how the ambient temperature sensor stays in the same spot without having the cut the tab and relocate it or swap out the oem air guides off the bumper. They said a couple weeks, but it was ready within 2 weeks.
The only thing that completely eliminated the hop on my FL5 was the Spoon rigid collars and the Cobb rear motor mount. I'm also tuned on Cobb so it has slightly more power over stock.
I was in the same boat when I had Spoon springs, stiffening plate, and rigid collars sitting in my garage for a few months. I just pulled the trigger and installed everything.
Even though my R is parked in the garage 24/7 and it doesn't leave my eye sight when I go to places, I still run this: https://vargasturbo.com/product/vtt-obd-lock-odb-port-locking-tool/
I had the Remark Titanium. I went back to stock. The exhaust sounded nice, but it was a matter of time before some local PD got a hard on for the titanium tips and pulled me over. I felt a difference going back to the stock exhaust as far as throttle response and such. You can tell the car did...
If I'm not mistaken, the Swift springs might be a bit lower than the Spoon Springs. I cut the bump stops on mine when I swapped in the Spoon Springs because that's what the Spoon instructions said. I almost didn't, but I also didn't want to take apart the suspension for something stupid that...
