They should have a graph from another stock FK8 done on that same dyno that can be compared.
I have no idea if this dyno reads high or low to determine whether the car is underrated.
I just asked a local dealer in Autonation Honda Sanford FL.
They will charge a non-negotiable $10K markup.
Based on my previous experience with the last gen, this will be the trend in the whole state :(

Currently drive a 21' Ridgeline RTL-E which was my backup plan when I couldn't find a Type R without an exaggerated markup.
Will see how things look at the end of the lease but here are my options.

-Used 21' CTR if their prices go down after the release of the new model.

Don't forget the ILX when it was released to the public. It was an expensive 9th GEN Civic SI without LSD.
In other words. This is how Acura works.
At this point. I will be very surprised that the Type S comes with AWD. Very unlikely.
