No track for me, just backroads and mountains. I care about grip, these are just fine for my situation, occasional spirited driving. On a track I would think a separate set of 18's would be best. These are hardly stretched , and at $200 a tire, why not lol
A lot. I also had no complaints with the stock module. However, the damping when hitting these imperfections or potholes sometimes hurt my soul on my 19" ZE40's. Now with DSC is just a soft quick rebound on Comfort mode. Even on +R it's compliant.
If you do, I think you will purchase on the spot. I took a 90 mile drive yesterday that included some nice twisty back roads and was finally able to use +R mode without my teeth shattering. It's honestly more comfortable in any comparable mode now than my stock MK8 Golf R believe it or not.
Great write up! I am also a former RS Owner with DSC Module. I also had Mountune Lowering Springs and also one of the first to receive the DSC when it first came out. If anything I think the DSC made the RS livable with the suspension from factory. It worked for the most part but you're...
Intsalled Cusco Wing Risers, Seibon Carbon Wing and the Blitz Rear Spats. My exterior for now is complete with the Blitz kit. Not sure if side skirt add ons would throw the whole kit off.
Bringin back this thread as you can see Hondata Readings with CarPlay. However, it's just Bars and Numbers. I am wondering if @Hondata has any plans to change these to gauges for better reading. This would be especially helpful for those monitoring Ethanol Content.
