Can they ship to the US? I thought I saw a warning on mugens website saying they can't be ship out of the purchasing nation, or did I misread that?

Update- just back from dealer. Service manager looked at it, took some pictures and advised he was submitting it to honda as a factory defect. He felt it was a hair or something that got trapped btwn the primer and paint. Which my initial thought when I first felt it was lint in the paint or...

Thanks, I feel the same. And had the same thoughts about a respray solution. But what other option are reasonably available?! Will circle back upon diagnosis & resolution. Honda is gonna love me, my 2018 civic was bought back under lemon law after 1.5 yrs of ownership.

I saw that in a prior post, I'll give it a try but it has a very hard metallic feel to it, not like any adhesive I've encountered. I will follow back and apologize for duplicate threading if that's what it is ?. Thanks
