Just got this rom FullRace customer service: “I cannot confirm whether the likelihood of failure is greater or lesser from the production date unfortunately. It is recommended to swap it out no matter what. Please reference the service bulletin for reference.”

Its annoying as i just finished installing mine yesterday! My fit is from the earliest release batches back in July 24, so have reached out to FullRace to check the likelihood of that batch being impacted.

Thanks! I had that initial concern as well but it kind of just works well. As it passes the primary radiator gap cleanly without issue. Coolant temps albeit in the cooler ambient temps were very stable across the entirety of the track sessions.

The PWR intercooler includes the end tanks, so bolts in complete as one whole unit. Then just added in hoses, pipes, clamps and brackets.
