Sooo! Just picked up the CTR and looking to upgrade the wheels/tires soon. However it'll take me weeks of messing around with a few programs I use to dial it in. So this is a "thought process" thread. Just like the one I did for the TLX Type S a few years back when making those wheels! :)...

Spacers are never a good thing. So I built my wheels to not need them. These are 52 offset stock. I made them 43. But 10” wide and 285 rubber. Perfection!!

Yeah, it’s only 5 mm so I wasn’t too worried about it. I ran the same set up on the Type S TLX.

I love coil overs, but not a fan of the complex amount of adjustments. I like plug-in play sometimes. So if I can get something, that’s good, upgrades performance, and doesn’t ride terrible I’m all for it. I threw a set of TEIN springs on the TLX, Type S and it was pretty amazing on the track.

BTW...this is sort of my inspiration for the build. SUPER nice, mean and clean! :)
