    Did you verify the Hondata was unlocked or is it brand new? If you send it out, you should definitely send to @Jester04. Mine is on the way to him right now. Yes, safe to run a base tune with minor bolt-ons. However, I would go with a tune by a reputable tuner, such as @Jester04. LOL.
