Has anyone experienced a ticking noise or what almost sounds like crumpling paper coming from the b-pilar? Its from around the seat belt adjuster. I've had it replaced and it's still on-going. Doesn't seem to be that buzzing that some other owners have experienced. Any help would be amazing.
