I'm not against the body being heavily based on the Civic. More importantly give some actual color choices with the stick shift and for goodness sake let's get a lumbar support. The 2.0 would be icing on the cake, but give it a tall top gear for the highway. Speed limit out here is 80.
Baffles me that they would limit any model to only 3 colors. I'm really not crazy about any of the 3 choices. Black looks good, but is such a pain to keep clean. The sonic gray just looks strange to me. The white isn't offensive, but it does not show the lines very well.
The hatch looks very nice. Definitely on my short list.
Couple of comments - It seems crazy that there is no lumbar support. My 9 year old mid trim Accord EX has that. How can they go heated seats front and back and power passenger (none of which my Accord has) and not include lumbar...
Very nice looking. I liked the 10th gen a lot, but it sure was homely. This actually has a cohesive shape as opposed to being an amalgamation of parts. Hope they have the Sport Touring with the stick shift.
Does the new Civic have lumbar support. It seems like 8 way power seats don't include this, but maybe it is manual. Would be a glaring omission in my mind. My 8 year old Accord EX has this, and I would hate to go backwards. I would get another Accord, but no stick shift no sale. I'm hoping...
