  1. What did you do to your FL5 today?

Was waiting for someone to black out those wheels! If you can post a pic when they are on. Looks great.
  2. Best Type R exhaust mods for FL5

Burnt triple tips! Hope it sounds as good as it looks.
  3. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 - looking for feedback

Not enough to be noticeable in real world driving. Maybe 1 mph.
  4. Rchive- An FL5 ownership journal

Buddy I feel exactly the same. Following to see what you come up with. Good luck. Supposedly next year 19" ce28 is coming. Probably my dream wheel, but idk if I can stomach what will probably be 5k.
  5. Tire Sizing for 19" Wheels

Check my history 35 Michelin all seasons. No rubbing. Fills gap nice.
  6. FL5 Type R vs DE5 Integra Type S | Savagegeese

I'm biased.....but type R all day, especially at MSRP. Compared to the S you will have cooler seats, a dope wing, the R mode gauges, and money left over to play with. Not to say the S isn't awesome, but to me it's more of a debate when it's type R over MSRP vs type s at MSRP.
  7. Downpipe Options

Gridzilla has a pretty good video detailing this downpipe and why he chose it. He also mentioned keeping the "factory" look and heat shield for California residents. He also mentions increase in sound is marginal if at all.
  8. Road noise

I put a set of Michelin pilot sport all season 4s on, 265/35/19. After switching back and forth between them the all seasons are considerably quieter with about 90% of the grip. I'm a novice at best but unless you are going to the track it won't have any negative impact on street driving. Browse...
  9. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 - looking for feedback

Oh probably little to none. I just meant that some seem concerned with scrub radius and other numbers/metrics. In my unknowledgeable experience the 35 is some nice pot hole protection, no reduction in performance for street driving that I can feel, and the all seasons Michelin is nice because I...
  10. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 - looking for feedback

I'm happy with it. The extra sidewall is a lot better for city driving. I'm no car reviewer, but in my opinion unless you are tracking it you won't notice any real negative performance changes in street driving compared to oem.
  11. Official BOOST BLUE FL5 Type R Photos Thread

Need some boost blue opinions. I like the style of the Honda forged wheels, but really like the satin black on the stock wheels. Anyone ever had wheels powder coated? Wondering if I'd regret getting them and powder coating them satin black.
  12. Chicagoland CTR Meetup

Thanks for the heads up but unfortunately working that day. A buddy and I might try to hit this one up.
  13. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 - looking for feedback

Not the best pics but should give you an idea. OEM summer tire for reference.
  14. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 - looking for feedback

I picked the car up beginning of February so they've really only seen a light dusting. That being said I feel like it should handle just fine as long as we remember to take it easy on the gas......which might be hard to do.
  15. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 - looking for feedback

I'd say they are a bit quieter but I only drove the ps4s for about 200 miles so it's hard to remember how loud they were. If it helps at all the all seasons are not noisy to me.
  16. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 - looking for feedback

Michelin all season 4. It definitely takes the bumps better and gives a bit more confidence that a wheel/tire won't get damaged. It fills the wheel well up a bit more too which is nice. Figure this will be my set up to get through Chicago winters and will get a dedicated summer set up.
  17. Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 - looking for feedback

I'm using 265/35/19 on the stock wheels. No complaints.
  18. Illinois Sold

I have the stock set of Michelin ps4s summer tires for sale 265/30/19, with approx 250 miles on them from the ride home. I swapped to all seasons for Chicago weather. Almost brand new and need a new home. Located in the Chicagoland area, would prefer local rather than shipping. $1000. Figure...
  19. CTR Initial Mods

Totally agree. To each there own but I plan to use this car every day, and use all of it. If something gets dirty I'll clean it. That's why this car is so perfect. It is the best of both worlds. It's a track weapon and a daily. I plan to use it as both.
