  2. Georgia WTB: PRL HVDP Downpipe

What’s your zip so I can get an estimate. Asking $800 on Facebook but willing to negotiate for a forum member. If you had a number in mind, PM it to me and will let you know on shipping!
  3. Georgia WTB: PRL HVDP Downpipe

do you mean the discontinued one? I have one for sale.
  4. Ktuner basemaps ok with bolt ons?

KTuner is easily first mod no brainer. Intercooler is a great early mod too. I’d do a downpipe before or at the same time as the front pipe. You’ll more than likely get clutch slip in 6th, maybe 5th running the higher psi maps. Easy to learn to avoid but what’s the point in power if you can’t...
  5. West Virginia FS: FK8 Clutch and Flywheel

Hi all, Was going to install this spring but need to put money towards something personally that has come up unexpectedly. I’ve decided to run a more mild tune for now so I don’t have clutch slip. Just wanting to recover what I can. Willing to ship but located in 25428 for any local folks...
  6. The Tuned 11th gen Experience & Reliability Thread (for all models)

Vehicle: 2022 Civic Si Total tuned time: 5 months Tuned miles driven: 11,000 Miles Tuning device(s) used: KTuner V2 Tunes used: Phearable High Boost for 99% of miles, recently dropped to Mid Boost Tune Fuel used: 93 Additional related mods: PRL HV Intake, down pipe, front pipe, and...
  7. RV6 FK8 retrofit flywheel, and Exedy Stage 0 clutch installed.

Appreciate the reply! Input that I’ve been wanting to hear. It’s my daily and have read stage 2 is sufficient for comfort but if it’s overkill, I don’t need to work harder for nothing. I plan to stick to FBO and a drop-in turbo to maintain as much reliability as I can driving 80-120 miles a day.
  8. RV6 FK8 retrofit flywheel, and Exedy Stage 0 clutch installed.

Any input to add since install? Considering upgrading to a stage 2 with rv6 flywheel or competition stage 2 clutch package. Thanks!
  9. Just purchased a 2022 Civic SI! Anyone have Ktuner with Clutch Issues?

You’re likely to have clutch slip in medium and high boost tunes from Phearable. I do in 4-6th gear and only have down pipe and front pipe. Run their low boost tune and enjoy how the car should have been tuned from the factory.
  10. 2022+ Honda Civic 1.5T High Volume Intake System Development

Awesome news! I went ahead and pulled the trigger on Ktuner. Promised myself I’d pace the mods haha. Will production be steady after initial preorder or will there likely be a wait for the 2nd batch to come in stock?
  11. K&N new intake

Exactly! I’ll take a smaller company more dedicated to my platform that the big box types.
  12. Oil Change at 1,000 miles necessary?

Like most said and what’s stated from Honda professionals, don’t change original oil until maintenance minder tells you to.
  13. Windshield replacement

I’ll find out Monday how Safelite does. Have to drive in because they said they can’t replace the windshield with a mobile tech. If they do actually have the glass my wait will be exactly 1 week. I’ve found aftermarket glass in the past to be junk. Had 3 of them warp on my 8th gen back glass but...
  14. K&N new intake

Meh, more interested in PRLs high volume intake release
  15. 2023 CTR transmission issue?

All good, it’s not uncommon for people to hop on other forums to start bashing a car that isn’t out, especially the type R. Honda transmissions are smooth shifting but everything has limits. After grinding second gear a few times, you learn quick how hard you can shift haha.
  16. 2023 CTR transmission issue?

Trolling on a car that isn’t even out yet? If you’re actually serious, my 8th gen Si had 2nd gear grinding issues once in a while if you shifted too hard at redline. No issues in my 11th. Change fluids, get rid of rev hang, don’t beat on the car too early in its break-in. Shift smoothly in to...
  17. 27WON Dual exit Si exhaust system for 2022+ Civic FE1 Chassis

Expect nothing so 27won and others over deliver 👍 Stock exhaust isn’t terrible but will provide minimal gains by itself and plenty with supporting mods. Just my theory until they prove it though
  18. Sold '20 SI after 1 year of ownership - '22 SI worth the leap or will it leave me similarly disappointed?

Stock vs stock it’s hard to argue the 8th holds a candle to 11th gen. Price wise, you can do full bolt ons and hondata tune, that 8th is a blast for less money. The k20 is a great motor but bland in stock form. Enjoy that gem you found, I wish I could find my old one and buy it back honestly...
  19. Sold '20 SI after 1 year of ownership - '22 SI worth the leap or will it leave me similarly disappointed?

Depends what you want out of the car and this is opinion. My 8th gen had summer tires, full bolt ons and tune. I loved revving out to 9k rpm’s but I’d give the daily needs to the 11th. There is so much more potential on this turbo platform without sacrificing reliability and tearing motors...
