Can confirm the supplier change has not had a noticable negative effect on quality. Had a former client reach out to me for one and I put him in contact with my dealer people and he was totally satisfied with the quality
Looks official, I can't remeber if on the OEM Honda part it would say Bucci Composites though. They were the original supplier until production moved to Vietnam a while back.
Where did you order it from? This looks like a replica, the inconsistency of the weave and the poor finishing are a dead giveaway that it may be a replica. Was it advertised as a Genuine OEM part?
If it was an issue we would know by now, many tracked FK8s have been running the Hondata system for years without issue, before the Full race pump came along.
IIRC the standard Hondata fuel system is good up ~500whp(don't quote me on that). One of the concerns with the Hondata fuel system was the hard line that has a restriction that some tuners would drill out to increase flow since it had the bottleneck like the stock hardline.

Honda uses market data to determine colors, overwhelmingly white, silver, grey and their variations outsell pretty much every other color in both numbers and time spent on the dealership floor. Honda is in the volume business, so they gotta do what the market demands. Demand for RR and CBP was...
The CEO is another problem, Honda hasn't really been lead by engineering in years. They pretty much forgot they're an engineering company first that makes cars and not the other way around. Too many accountants in the mix.
PMM sold poorly, MGM does quite well. The problem lies in the fact that Honda uses regular civic data to determine colors for the Type R when the average civic customer and the average Type R customer are not the same person. Also Honda has teriible product planners
Is your car stock height or lowered? Stock height will be fine with those wheels. If it's lowered then it will be dependent on how low your car is. I believe H&R and Spoon lowering springs will be fine, can't speak to the others though.
