Finally nice enough, switched the coolant to Mishimoto. Super easy install, now I got the mishimoto coolant and catch can. Didn’t go with red, thought it’d be too much red, but i think I made the wrong choice.

Well we def get a very good deal on fl5 compared to USA. Their msrp is pretty much our msrp but in usd!
When I originally saw the US msrp come out before Canadian did, I thought I’ll never buy this car. I would have never paid for it 60k cad tbh.
From experience, dealers seem to find out last minute. Pretty much when car is finished production is ready to be loaded on a ship for transport. And then you will get the car within 2 to 3 weeks.
I wouldn’t jump to conclusion, my bet there will be a shipment before summer. Hope some get it!!!
What would you guys do about this? I just inspected only one OEM rim and one hole does have some damage. I’m guessing they used a gun and not a torque wrench and well kind of used it carelessly…
Heck, one tire change… any suggestions? Do I purchase a socket that doesn’t damage my own rims and bring it to the dealership for tire change?

If you decide golf r, just make sure you do not get the manual. It’s a fun car to drive, def gives you the confidence to through it around corners. I love the CTR, but as far as city driving goes, golf r makes more sense.
That being said, golf r and type r shouldn’t be same year same price...
