Because it is my car and I do with it what I want.🤣
The stock muffler isn’t other than a tiny resonator and I believe they don’t do much sound wise besides i didn’t want my CTR to sound like a fart can. I will do my best to record a sound clip with my iPhone.
1,500 miles on mine and after the break-in (600 miles) it gets beaten a lot and no 1-2 shift gear grind yet.
On the other hand I did get as others have mention a couple of squeaks and rattles. 🤷🏻‍♂️
Btw, I did got a custom 3” SS exhaust that mates to the 3” front pipe. I did add a vibrant 3” ultra quiet resonator and ended up with the oem tips. Didn’t wanted to mess up with the center tip valve. Sounds a little bit louder way better now, something this car lacks big time from factory.
If I remember correctly, Down pipe was 4” and gradually went down to 3 inches. The front pipe is 3 inches. The fitmen was spot on and bought the part from him without bringing my car.
Correct, I did a search on eBay and the one I found seems to require a lot of work and looks different from the one you got so if you can post the link I would appreciate it.
1100 miles on mine and loving every bit of it. The handling, shifter and usability of this CTR is just awesome. One big turndown for me was the exhaust noise but that got half fixed with the recently installed down pipe and front pipe. The only other “issue” I have with is is the power and that...
Good question, usually H&R springs are progressive. H&R knows that fk8 and fl5 have adaptive dampers so hopefully they are linear. Tomorrow I can call H&R and ask. But By the look of the springs I believe they are linear.
The quality is epic. Hopefully PRL, Hondata etc. come with other parts soon.

Update!
got the catless down pipe and front pipe installed. Butt Dyno feels car pulls a little harder.🤣
used an o2 sensor extension and after two days of driving still no Cel. Hopefully stays that way until some ecu programming comes out🤞🏻
