  1. -2.0 rear camber after pro kit install.

As long as toe is set near 0 you will have no issues. No camber kit is needed unless you want to correct for peace of mind, or want to target a specific value for a track setup.

  5. What did you do to your FL5 today?

After the install we took it for a drive to load up the suspension and "break it in" per se. Maybe 10-15 min. Any additional it settles from here is so minor Im not worried about it.

Busy day yesterday and today. Got the Swift springs installed, alignment, Milltek Exhaust installed, and flushed the brake fluid for Castrol SRF.

  12. Chassis Braces

Modern unibody structures are so stiff already that they are really just bling parts. A lot of progress has been made since the 90's civics were out when you could actually feel some difference with these parts.
  13. FK8 vs FL5 interchangeable brake pads?

Yea FK8 pads will fit and work on the FL5 with no problem. Just be aware that any ceramic or basic street pad like that won't be as good as the stock pads. But if you are never seeing any track time and just street driving they will be ok and last longer / dust less. These are the FL5 and...
  14. FL5 Swift Springs - installed now feedback / reviews?

Interesting, I guess I will find out and can provide my thoughts in spring as I have these springs sitting until the weather gets better. In comfort it may be underdamped with the new rates and would need to be in sport to better manage. It sounds like the spoon or eibach springs may be better...
  15. FL5 Swift Springs - installed now feedback / reviews?

Do you know if they were installed correctly and the bump stops were properly cut? Do you leave it in comfort or sport suspension setting? The springs are definitely stiffer than stock but its still softer than most coilovers so its interesting you have that feedback. These springs should...
  16. Hondata FL5 FlashPro released

Did you try all the modes or +R? The integra only does it in 1 mode so maybe that was copied over too and not all the time.
  17. Track pads for the FL5 CTR stock Brembo calipers

Based on peoples comments I saw on CivicX, the 2020+ stock pad material does use DS2500 compound and that seemed to be the case after my track day with the stock setup. You may not need to swap or keep the old pads as backups. Id recommend getting a more aggressive pad than the DS2500 if you...
