Yeah just ignore it. It fits fine and the buttons (that do work) work. I haven't tested to see if there's any effect on range but for the cost, I'm totally fine with it. Worst case scenario, they protect the secondary key from scratches while in storage.

Part number 08U45-T60-100 Fitment seems off. What’s up with that extra compartment that’s rolling up onto the speaker? If I was to cut it off, the edge would be fairly horizontal which wouldn’t match the other side that has a significant roll that mitigates marring of the trunk.
