I met the Continentals on Friday, got the alignment done Saturday, and was back out on the track Sunday driving it! Just flesh wounds. It'll be back in one piece again!
Many of us had a rough weekend at the Annual VIR Type R track day. I crashed into some tires, another car lost brakes and found a wall, which resulted in an injured driver and a totaled car, another caught fire, and another developed a fuel leak. The lucky few that survived the weekend in one...
SR11's aren't great. I've known of 3 cars know where they induce crazy vibrations when you aren't even touching the brakes, and they don't modulate...they're just an on/off switch.

I'll stir the pot thought. Some people in here are really stressed about an extra cap-full of oil. The Wunderladen stick is just fine. No need to spaz out.
TSCC President called me last night and wants to make sure that all of us are able to paddock together. I know of some that have rented garages, but I'm sure there are more than I know about. Who all rented garages for the event?
He is in a job where “sweating the details” not only matters, but is an obsession. I wish I had that drive, but I am well fit for what I do, but occasionally I appreciate this sort of detail. Though I don’t have the attention span to read through all of it.
