FWD is definitely going to offer a different driving experience than a RWD car. You're right about the rear end being harder to rotate, but it's part of the character of the CTR, and Honda has done a great job making the rear end as lively as they can. I'm not sure if you were driving with the...
Everyone is entitled to their opinion here, but speaking from experience, and hopefully as a voice of reason, I'd like to submit my thoughts.
This intercooler appears to be a great application for someone that plans to drag race their car occasionally. It's a large bar and plate design, and...
Here's their little blurb:
External seams prevent pressure points and provide superior comfort to the driver.
Pre-curved fingers and palm help improve fit and reduce fatigue while driving.
Outer grip zones for superb control and feel of the cockpit’s controls.
Ergonomically designed 3D grip...
Has anyone tried the Alpinestars Tech-1 ZX V4 Gloves yet? I ordered a pair of the red gloves, and they should be arriving tomorrow. Did this for a couple reasons.
1. Visibility for other drivers.
2. They say they are touch screen compatible.
3. Identity (The color differs from what @Club...
I think getting rid of the roughness on the neck will help tremendously with overall fatigue. My pinched nerve issues were likely started/exacerbated by tracking the car so often, and the amount of g-force.
Looks like my local guy uses STEK. He's going to do the "track package" for me, which will include the windshield.
Of course I walked out to the car this morning and found a tiny spot where some asshole tagged me in the rear.
I replied to a comment on YouTube earlier from a member on this site (unsure of his username), but I thought the response could benefit folks here.
I know that the accident shook a few people up, and got them thinking that they may hold off on going to the track, but I really hope those in that...
I've just got my Black Flag Edition T-shirts so far. I have a website, but would need to add several more skews before I open it to the public. For now I just use PayPal :)
I've got a track day coming up in 4 weeks, and I'll be out there bone stock (with the exception of brake fluid and pads).
I'll run the heat in the car and remove the tray under the hood vent, and we'll see what happens!
Nevermind, you did the PRL charge pipes, so you would have needed to remove the battery for the installation. I'd recommend buying a cheap code scanner if you don't have one already. I also suspect, as I've seen this before, that you may have a boost leak, and this will certainly cause a check...
Thanks dude! When I saw that ditch, I thought the car was going to be my coffin. The roll(s) saved my life.
All of you have been a great support network, and really helped bring me back!
I'd also like to thank @Two Step Performance and @Jester04
Corey reached out to me directly, and wished...
