Thought on it and decided not to- rather sell the kit to someone who would really like it something to note the kit is the pre-assembled mirror and where it attaches to the door is the civic matte black where as on the integra its paint-matched personal preference comes down to just something...

Mikstore model C kit- the one that includes both mirror assemblies with all the goodies (Blind spot, heating, turn signal LED) plus has window switches that you swap out. Instructions are on their website, no video, but plenty pictures- i also have links to helpful info its really simple plug...

I have the C model kit id sell to you- sold my FL5 for a Type S and would rather not see the kit go to waste... its ready to go plug and play no need to disassemble mirrors and such just 2 pins and swap the door mirror switches

To get the OEM integration into the headunit looks like you will need the Model C or E kit from mikstore... now question is does the USDM FL5 come with that "chipset" with the auto fold function in it and we just got robbed of the folding function... or do we still need to purchase the C kit...
