Yes, in Europe and was built in the UK.
With H22A7 212hp 8k redline, 5-gear manual, stiffer chassis (rear seats don't fold down), Xenon headlights, diff lock and double-whisbone front/rear with sportier suspension.
I would never run out of fuel in newer vehicle because of the high pressure fuel pump. There might be some problems if air is sucked into it.
e.g. in diesel powered cars, the lubrication and cooling of the fuel pump is made through the diesel fuel.
A friend of mine had the same problem when he installed an aftermarket subwoofer. He solved the problem by wiring a manual switch. Not a perfect solution but it work's and you have to toggle the switch everytime you want to use the subwoofer.
In Frankfurt the Hatchback was displayed. On it's environment data sheet, the power was stated with 133 kW, so 180hp and a combined fuel consumption 4,2l per 100km (55mpg !). The weight is 1533kg, around 500kg more than my Civic EJ6
So no more discussion about hp.
There is a difference in the lightning system for the European market. We get adaptive LED Headlights with cornering light. The cornering light is placed where the sidemarkers are for the US version.
This powertrain is probably alot less fun than the 1.5T.
Maybe it's to 0-60 quicker than the Si, but i doubt it's the same fun driving experience, as the engine has to rev in high rpm to produce enough electric power for the electric motors.
