Like I've said in another topic. We also got a Hybrid version of 11th gen Civic but with Sedan body type instead of Hatchback
The car was displayed at Bangkok Motor Show from March 23-April 3 and I had an opportunity to get in touch with it.
Official pictures released by Honda Thailand.
The rear A/C vent and foldable rear seat are new features for Civic sold here but other ASEAN markets (ex. SG, MY, ID) are already got it in 1.5T version
Some interesting stuff apart from official pictures that I found at the event.
The chassis code for Hybrid is "FE4" which makes me wonder why Honda skipped number 3.
If FE1 is 1.5T and FE2 is 2.0 N/A then what are they reserved for FE3? Will it be another Hybrid powertrain or Type R Sedan?
This car comes with LFC2 engine, it got a completely different plastic cover and additional components from any existing Honda 2.0 L Hybrid engine before.
They've also confirmed it's a direct injection engine (Hybrid Accord and CR-V are port-injected). Still, no power output revealed yet.
Batteries are placed under the rear seat so no difference in trunk cargo space compared to a gas version.
