rattle

I ordered a new PCV valve from HondaPartsNow and it wasn't rattling at all before I took this video. You can kind of hear a faint rattle in the vid but not sure if it's right. Heard of people getting counterfeit parts from them so just wanted to get a second opinion. what do you think?

I know the key jingling sound is normal for the wastegate actuator. I've heard some people got rid of the jingling noise by lubing it. Any recommendations? It's a common noise on the latest electronic wastegates. this is from a BMW but they are all a similar design, just a good video:
