Hello,
Vehichle bought in Sep 2020 and when i bought the vehicle didn't bought extra warranty and after 3 years right side rear shock broke went to mechanic and they said need replace for both side its possible broke left side later if 's only change one side and they replaced with aftermarket shocks both side then after 3-4 months same noise came back and when i went to back to store they checked the vehicle and they said everything ok nothing wrong also they said it's possible defective parts if is the noise get more noisy come back we will changed for free.

What you guys thinks about this situation do i have wait or just go tell them to replace with new one ?

Also what you think for this in 3 years driving is it rear shock get broken easily ?

Shocks/struts can fail at any time for any reason (worn/pothole damage/shock cartridge internally blown) and not always visually identifiable at first glance.

I would try to have them inspect more carefully. It is possible the top of the shock shaft not bolted to the shock mount tight enough, or rear shock mount was not bolted onto the car properly.

Does the knock sound like a hummingbird packing on wood, but much slower?

Hey, thanks for reply it’s more like clunk or crunchy noise when you drive over speed bump or goes in pothole.
