Thanks for your inquiry. No, this will not cover the OEM holes. You'll need to patch up the OEM holes and drill additional 4 new holes for the this spoiler to mount.

I would love it if somebody would make those little stickers on the rear lights into actuall reflectors so it would look like the rear light run further.That photoshop picture is really awesome,makes the rear look 10times better.
