I am almost always in the Type R forum, apparently up next to get my allocation. I am from Winnipeg MB CDA, and we are only getting 500 or so for the entire 3 year run. Why I'm in the review section is that my daughter and I started a YouTube channel late last year. Its called Cool Car Crap Car and focuses on if a used car is worth buying vs. its competition and reliabiltiy; kinda a mashup of Consumer reports and Doug Demero... We also eat donuts. We just posted a 2023 Civic EX review a few weeks ago if you're at all interested. Will be doing a FK8 and Z06 in the near future (friends cars), a Tesla vs Volt and of Course my FL5 once I get it! You can find the Civic review at:

This reminded me that my stock mats are still sitting in the trunk too 😆 Cool video, I like seeing reviews from fellow Canucks. Enjoy the FL5 when it arrives!

Thanks! The rug mats are in the trunk because we bought Husky all weather liners for the car, but we're not impressed. They are thinner and dont hold their shape like weather tech. (gaps on the edges and dirt/sand easily gets through...

I went with LASFIT this time, I haven't had them long enough to speak to the longevity but they feel high quality and fit well out of the box!

when (and if...) I get my Type R, I might try the Tuxmats. Apparently cover great, but there are some concerns that they interfere with the clutch travel. Will need to investigate further once I know one is coming with my name on it.
