A-Pillar clip front driver (routing dash cam wires behind A-Pillar)

Installed dash cam wires behind A-Pillar. was relatively easy to remove just had to slide trim piece up towards roof but have been unable to get the clip holding pillar reconnected. Any ideas or suggestion?

Funny enough I was gonna install some speakers myself but it seems crutchfield already had this issue and provided instructions. Perhaps this could help!

Hi guys. I had the worst time with this clip on my new 23 Type R. If you take your A-pillar garnish/trim off (not suggested, in hindsight) you have to take the clip off and slide it back onto the the trim before snapping it back on. However, I couldn’t figure out how the tabs worked and couldn’t get the clips depressed enough to get it off cleanly so I ended up just destroying it and ripping it out. My next problem was it wasn’t easy to find the correct part to replace it with, but I was able to locate it, and attach it to the trim and the whole thing snapped into place easily. The part number is 91561-T20-A01. It cost me $10 shipped. Hope this helps someone.

My dealer had to take off the a pilar and said these clips always need to be replaced.
